Kurseong Municipality is responsible for providing certificate of Enlistment for Trade/Business. Process of collecting Trade License Certificate:-
Cost of Different Services :-
Requisite Documents A) For New Enlistment: I. Duly filled Application Form in proper way. II. Current Tax Receipt/ Rent Receipt copy (whichever is applicable) III. Consent Letter of the owner of the holding. IV. Recommendation of the concerned Ward Councillor/ Chairperson/ Vice Chairman.
B) For Renewal of Enlistment: I. Duly filled Application Form in proper way. II. Current Tax Receipt/ Rent Receipt copy (whichever is applicable) III. Photocopy of Last paid certificate of Enlistment.
C) Special Case: I. Trade which causes pollution (i.e. air, water, noise, display) should have Pollution Clearance Certificate i.e. “Consent to Operate” from Pollution Control Board of West Bengal. Citizens have to submit Photocopy of this document to Municipal Authority along with other requisite documents during New or Renewal of Trade License. II. In case of Cyber Business i.e. Surfing of Internet for public purpose, traders have to submit periodical database of net surfers to the IT Head, IT and Planning Department, Kurseong Municipality. |
